Our chefs will explain to you the history of these Italian creations, pasta, and gelato! Learn how to make fresh Italian pasta on our fun pasta and gelato making class in Rome.
We will start with the preparation of fresh ingredients for gelato. Our chef will give you all of the information covering the main components for the most delicious flavors. He will show you some basic versions (strawberry, chocolate, vanilla) and any flavoring for gelato you wish to prepare.
You will discover how to make different types of fresh homemade pasta: fettuccine, tonnarelli, farfalle, and more! Under the guidance of our friendly English-speaking chef, you will learn all of the secrets of making colored and stuffed pasta.
We will continue in the restaurant’s real kitchen and cook three different sauces from scratch – carbonara, amatriciana, and cacio e pepe.
